Birth doula services
I have recently teamed up with another amazing doula, Samantha Harris. Sam and I together run The Budding Belly and provide labor, postpartum and lactation support and sibling preparation. It is a partnership based practiced with a shared-call schedule. The person attending the birth will definitely be someone who you are already familiar and comfortable with!
Our package includes:
- Free phone, Zoom or in-person consultation
- 2 prenatal meetings (1.5-2 hours each)
- Continuous labor and delivery support (emotional, physical, informational support)
- Immediate postpartum support up to 3 hours after birth
- 1 or 2 postpartum visits at your home (3 to 5 days after birth and 10 to 14 days after birth)
- Continuous phone, email and text support throughout your pregnancy and 1 month after baby's birth - you can reach me if you have questions, concerns or need information

Childbirth education
I am available for private, in-person or online (Zoom) childbirth education classes covering pregnancy, childbirth, and the newborn in an informative, comprehensive and interactive format. Including coping techniques and comfort measures for labor and birth, newborn care and breastfeeding.
I completed my Childbirth Educator training at Great Starts - Parent Trust in 2014, Seattle WA and have been teaching since then.
Options:
Childbirth Preparation:
4 hour private class will review the stages of labor, coping techniques, laboring and pushing positions, medical interventions and pain medications ($250)
OR
Choose the 8 hour weekend mini series to learn more about the stages of labor, coping techniques, laboring and pushing positions, medical interventions and pain medications, self advocacy, breastfeeding and newborn care ($450)
Childbirth Refresher Class: This class is great if you have given birth before but need to review basics or had a Cesarean butplanning a vaginal birth after Cesarean (VBAC) - 2 hours, $150
Sibling Preparation Class: This class will help prepare your first born for the arrival of the baby. full of practical tips for the child and the parents. The class is about 1 hour long, $75
Newborn care and Breastfeeding: This hands-on class will allow you to learn and practice basic care for newborns, breastfeeding tips and tricks and much more. - 2 hours, $200
